Vila Felicitas (Zenkerova vila) was built in 1927, allegedly according to a design by a Swiss architect. It is a detached villa with a residential attic and a long glassed-in loggia on the upper floor, whose spatial arrangement and architectural details refer to the school of A. Loos.
An architecturally valuable villa with a garden from the 1920s, an example of excellent interior layout adaptation from the 1930s with a multitude of uniquely preserved architectural and artisanal elements. The restrained functionalism here is combined with new decorativism. This extraordinary and unique object surpasses its artistic value within the Karlovy Vary region and can be compared to architectural works such as Müllerova vila in Prague or the houses with Loos interiors in Pilsen or Vienna.
