Museum Abertamy

The Museum of the Town of Abertamy was newly opened in 2022. It includes an exhibition on glove-making, featuring around 300 exhibits on the history of leather glove production in Abertamy, a multimedia section with a Time Machine that transports visitors to the eras of silver, tin, or uranium, and a mining exhibition detailing the history of mining in Abertamy. Additionally, minerals primarily from the Jáchymov region are on display. Generally, on the last Saturday of the month, live demonstrations of leather glove production take place.
