The Mauritius Mine in Hřebečná was the largest tin mine in the Czech part of the Ore Mountains. Its accessible sections offer a unique view of the work of miners and the development of mining over four centuries - from the mid-16th to the mid-20th century. In 2014, Mauritius Mine was declared a national cultural monument, and since 2019 it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage site Mining Region Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří.
