Currently, the Inhalatorium building is open to the public from April to October during the afternoon hours from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Here, natural healing water known as the Municipal Spring emerges. This is not the spring that is bottled under the name Bílinská kyselka. It is a healing spring with a lower carbon dioxide content and characteristic hydrogen sulfide gas from residual volcanic activity, and it is not recommended to drink it in large quantities. For this reason, this spring is only available for tasting. The water can be poured into a cup, which is available in the Inhalatorium.

The Inhalatoria Building was erected in 1782 in the Neo-Renaissance style. Around 1900, it was rebuilt and replaced the main landmark of the time, the wooden colonnade Franz Josef Quelle. The building consisted of three main parts. On the left was the pneumatic chamber, which was connected by a short colonnade for drinking while walking in bad weather to the pavilion of the drinking hall (Trinkhalle). In the hall of the spring, a marble-inlaid portal illuminated by an ornamental ceiling window was placed.
