The main and entirely priority task of BILBO šmak restaurants is to offer the customer quality Czech cuisine. Different seasons bring specific dining needs for customers. Therefore, during the summer months, we try to include lighter meals in the menu, such as pasta, risottos, vegetable salads, baked potatoes, etc. In the autumn and winter months, we can offer more nutritious meals such as fried wine sausages, grilled marinated pork knuckle, baked potatoes, grilled pork ribs, chicken schnitzels in potato batter - known as rarášci, etc. Furthermore, we prepare high-quality chilled natural salmon in butter, which has become a popular and sought-after delicacy.
