Švejk restaurant is a purely Czech chain, whose characteristics are reflected in several main features that connect the establishments throughout the country. In each restaurant, you will find original period decorations that were part of the first-republic inns. The foundation of our philosophy is the presentation of the best of the Czech Republic. In our restaurant, you will certainly find traditional Pilsner lager as well as other types of beers from the Plzeňské pivovary a.s. portfolio. The atmosphere of the restaurant is created by classic Czech folk music with period attire for the staff. The bartender wears a "Švejk cap", a white shirt, gray trousers, and suspenders. The waitresses wear a red skirt and a white blouse. Among the main attributes is the original stylish interior with period elements.
