Sushi is not pre-prepared; we always make it fresh to order. We cut each roll into 8 pieces for you. We prepare everything from fresh ingredients, adhere to traditional recipes, and strive to offer as many combinations as possible. So everyone can choose according to their taste - both lovers of raw fish and those who are wary of raw fish can opt for rolls with cooked fish. And of course, there are also VEGA ROLLS on the menu. If you choose a roll and something about it "doesn't sit well with you, bothers you, or is missing", it is no problem to adjust the roll according to your wishes after consultation (we can remove something or replace it with an ingredient of your choice from our offering).
