Our pub has been writing its modern history since 2007. Starting from 2007, a gradual total renovation of the pub's interiors took place, leading to its current form. In 2012, our company converted unused spaces into kitchen facilities, further expanding our service offerings. In 2012, we reintroduced tank beer to our pub in collaboration with Heineken ČR, specifically unpasteurized tank beer - ZLATOPRAMEN 11º, a beer with a long tradition in our pub. As we continuously aim to stand out, we sought an unconventional beer specialty to satisfy our customers and found Březňák 12º unfiltered. We are the only pub in the Teplicko area to offer it to our customers. Last but not least, we started offering dark draught beer because we believe it will find its customers. To summarize, we offer three types of beers year-round - dark draught, Březňák light unfiltered 12º, and Zlatopramen light unpasteurized 11º from the tank. We regularly stock beer specialties from Heineken (among the most popular are Green Beer, Svatojánská 13º, and Svatováclavská 19º doppel bock).
We take care of the cleanliness of beer glasses and regular sanitation. Glasses are washed continuously throughout the day, and we perform beer line sanitation once a week for tank beer. For keg beer, we flush with water after each keg, and regular sanitation is performed once every 14 days. At the beginning of this year, we received a QUALITY TAP CERTIFICATE from Heineken ČR.
Restaurant capacity approximately 60 seats, lounge 20 seats. During the summer, there are 2 terraces in operation - the more well-known one called "Pod kaštany" in front of the pub and the second, increasingly sought-after "Na peroně." Each with a capacity of approximately 80 seats. All these spaces can be used for various events in agreement with the staff, and we are newly planning regular grilling of piglets, chickens, etc.
