The terrace is covered and features a built-in small fire pit for roasting.
A stream flows around the terrace, adding to the overall atmosphere and inviting children to play.
Stone steps lead above the terrace to a large open fire pit for larger groups, a house with electricity, and a garage with a pergola and stored wood for you. Above the fire pit is a pergola with a foosball table, outdoor toys for children, and a tennis court with an artificial surface and lighting, where you can play not only tennis but also ball and other games even after dark. Equipment for tennis, badminton, and other ball sports is available at the house. The court is fully fenced and suitable as a playground for small children, who you can easily keep an eye on.
Villa Vykmanov is adapted for large and small groups, and accommodation will be prepared based on your selection according to the room layout plan. The villa is always entirely for you.
We ask guests to note that Vykmanov is a quiet village and outdoor noise must cease after ten o’clock.

The attic has a separate apartment for groups over 16 guests with 2 rooms, a large balcony with seating, a shower with toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine. The living room is connected to the kitchen and has a fireplace stove and WiFi.
Sanitary facilities:
The ground floor has 3 rooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. The basement has 2 toilets. The attic apartment has 2 bathrooms.
