Villa Nejdek Erzgebirge

The First Republic villa from 1936 was converted into an apartment house with a capacity of 10 beds in 2019.

Two apartments with an area of 52 m² and two studios of 18 m². All are equipped with a complete kitchen, or kitchenette including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay. All living units have their own WC, a spacious shower, and larger bathrooms also include a bidet. Large-screen TV + SAT with a selection of programs and free WIFI.

In winter, you can use the ski storage with a boot dryer on the ground floor, and in summer, the terrace with seating and umbrellas on the first floor. A grill can be borrowed upon request.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a dryer and a common room with its own kitchenette, dishwasher, TV, darts, and a set of games for long evenings. For heat lovers, there is a private infrared sauna for up to 4 people and loungers for relaxation. You can bring your own music to the sauna on USB or Bluetooth.

Behind the house, there is a private enclosed parking lot for 4 vehicles monitored by a camera with recording.
