Recreation is suitable throughout the year. During the summer months, you can hike, ride mountain bikes, go mushroom picking, or collect forest fruits. Swimming is possible in the nearby pool at Hotel Nástup, thermal pools in Karlovy Vary, and the pool in Oberwiesenthal, or in the aquatic park in Marienberg. There is also a summer bobsled track here. In winter, the number one sport is skiing. Near the house, there are gentle slopes suitable for skiing lessons, sledding, bobsledding, etc. Children can play outside above the guesthouse without constant supervision, without any safety concerns. In the village of Loučná, there are two ski lifts, 100m and 300m in length. The SKI BUS will take you directly from the village to the ski resort area Klínovec-North, which has numerous ski lifts and slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers, with lengths ranging from 100m to 3km. A ski school and ski equipment rental are available. From Jáchymov, you can take a chairlift directly to Klínovec, under which the longest slope runs. In the area of Klínovec, Boží Dar, and Oberwiesenthal, there are well-maintained cross-country trails. You can dine in several restaurants in the village and enjoy coffee in a café, or shop in local stores. There is a pedestrian crossing to Germany in the village, leading to the town of Oberwiesenthal - a sports center with an interconnected network of ski lifts and slopes, an ice rink, and suitable slopes for parachute or hang-gliding jumps. You can also take trips to Karlovy Vary, Jáchymov, Boží Dar, etc. Karlovy Vary is 25km away. The spa town has thermal medicinal springs, thermal pools, Karlova vyhlídka, and other sights and attractions.
