Accommodation conditions:

• accommodation on the day of arrival between 14:00 and 19:00 (different time must be arranged in advance with the manager)
• room release (place for tent/caravan) on the day of departure by 10:00
• payment for accommodation is to be made in advance upon arrival at the reception to the manager in cash
• the manager will lend the guests keys to the entrance gate and gate due to the closing of the premises after the swimming pool is closed
• all guests are required to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00
• in the absence of the manager, it is possible to contact the service at the swimming pool cashier
• visitors of the guests are required to pay the entrance fee according to the valid price list when entering the swimming pool area during opening hours; outside the opening hours of the swimming pool, entry to the premises is not allowed for non-accommodated persons
• at the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 1000 CZK is paid for a bungalow, house, or room in the house, and this amount is refundable at the end of the stay upon proper handover of the bungalow/house/room
• at the beginning of the stay in a tent or caravan, it is necessary to pick up a number for the tent/caravan and visibly label it with this number for the entire duration of the stay; a deposit of 100 CZK is paid for this number, which is refundable at the end of the stay upon return of the numbered label.
