Pension Svatý Pavel is located in the village (market town) of Kovářská, approximately 6 km away from Klínovec - the highest mountain in the Ore Mountains and near the border crossing to Germany towards Chemnitz, Dresden.
There is an interesting museum of the air battle over Krušnohoří during the Second World War in the village. There is also a grocery store, post office, pharmacy in the village.
The guesthouse itself was built in 1929 and underwent extensive reconstruction since 2003.
