The cottage is located in the very center of the highest-lying village in the Ore Mountains, Boží Dar, at an altitude of 1025 m above sea level. The distance of 300m from the lower station of the ski resort and 100m from the cross-country trails ensures easy access to all winter activities without the need for commuting. The cottage is comfortably equipped, with renovation carried out in 2021. The house is preferably rented as a whole, making it ideal for family holidays or groups of multiple friends. Renting individual apartments is also possible upon prior arrangement.
The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 12 people in 5 bedrooms.

On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a spacious entrance hall with the possibility of storing sports equipment. There is also a living room with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there are also 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and 1 separate WC.
On the first floor of the house, there are 3 separate apartments, a shower, and a WC in the hallway.

Apartment No. 3 - spacious room of 20 m² with a separate equipped kitchen and a sleeping loft. Capacity 5 people.

Heating:
The building is centrally heated by a gas boiler with the possibility of regulation via the thermostatic head of the radiators in each room. There is a fireplace in the living room and the hall. Wood is available.
