The cottage is located in the village of Loučná pod Klínovcem at an altitude of 930 meters. The Loučná Nástup bus stop is approximately one kilometer away. Jipan is situated by the road and also has a parking lot. The ski bus stops just 100 meters from the accommodation. It is possible to ski directly to the cottage from the slopes of the Klínovec - North ski resort. The tourist crossing to Germany is only 400 meters away and it is possible to walk to the square in Oberwiesenthal, a significant sports center, in 15 minutes.
The neighboring establishment is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. You can enjoy the pool and sauna at Hotel Nástup, located 1,200 meters away. The ski resort Klínovec - North, which is just one kilometer from the cottage, offers ski rentals, a ski school, a beginner's mini area with a free children's lift, and also a snowpark. Children under the age of seven are transported for free. Frequently used cross-country trails include Klínovec, Boží Dar, and Oberwiesenthal. In the summer, you can take advantage of the cycling routes in the area, which offer the option of taking your bikes up to the top of Klínovec by cable car.

In the basement, there is a kitchen with a dining room, where individual rooms have a separate cabinet with basic dishes. Other equipment includes a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and stove.

Accommodation is available in two double rooms and two quadruple rooms, with the possibility of an extra bed, of course. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
