Accessible by private car, parking for 4 cars. On the ground floor, there is an entrance, a room for skis or bicycles, a steep staircase to the 1st floor, where there is a living room connected with a kitchenette, and there is also a toilet and a shower corner. In front of the cottage, there is a garden with a lawn, a children's swing, a climbing rope, a garden shower, and an outdoor fireplace. Covered pergola with the possibility of grilling. In the surroundings, there is the Klínovec ski resort, in the summer many cycling routes, hiking trails, and the nearby Boží Dar.
