The campsite is located by the pond Tajch in the village of Šindelová. For camping, the village offers the use of plots with a total area of 24,758 m2, which are maintained by the village through regular mowing.
Drinking water is supplied from the municipal water supply system from the reservoir in Krásná Lípa.
Near the toilets, there is a reception where the campsite manager is available by phone arrangement. Every visitor must register with the manager, be issued an identification number, and be assigned a place to set up their tent. The identification number must be displayed in a clearly visible place by each visitor for potential ongoing checks.
All movement throughout the campsite is at one's own risk. Swimming in the pond Tajch is also at one's own risk. On the shore of the pond, there is a pontoon bordered by a safety railing to prevent falls into the water. It is prohibited to jump into the pond directly from the pontoon.
Electrical connections can only be used in the washrooms or at the reception building, always by arrangement with the manager.
Internet connection is currently not available due to poor operator coverage.
Around the campsite, there are many interesting hiking trails and bike paths. The beautiful surroundings of the forests invite mushroom and berry picking.
The village has a post office, a restaurant, and a butcher shop.
