Welcome to Severka, which is an ideal place for accommodating larger groups, family events, corporate training sessions, or organizing teambuilding activities. The guesthouse is rented exclusively as an entire property, throughout the year.
Severka is a completely newly renovated house with free functional Wi-Fi in all rooms. It offers double and multi-bed rooms, with a maximum total of 37 beds and 10 rooms. The bathrooms are located on individual floors, on the ground floor there is a common room with a television and internet connection, a game area, and a large kitchen with professional catering facilities for larger events.
Severka is located above the town of Loučná pod Klínovcem, in the woods, right by the Dámská ski slope, and is open year-round.
Due to the strategic location of the guesthouse right by the ski slope, it is possible to put on skis right in front of the entrance and return to the guesthouse on skis.
Outside of the winter season, it is possible to park at the guesthouse; in the winter season, it is necessary to use the public parking lot under the ski slope, and we will transport your luggage with a quad bike and sleigh to Severka and back after your stay.
In the winter season, you can use the outdoor private sauna (capacity about 10 people), and in the summer season, you can use both the sauna and the large outdoor fireplace and a small natural pond for refreshment.
Severka offers rooms with two to five beds and is suitable for family and other group stays. The rooms are small but comfortable, equipped with new wooden furniture, armchairs, and coat racks. The accommodation price includes bed linen, toiletries in the bathrooms and toilets, and towels.
