Apartmány Stráň are located in the village of Potůčky, in the area of the extinct settlement of Stráň. In close proximity is the "Mining Region Erzgebirge - Krušnohoří" locality, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Horní Blatná, Boží dar, Abertamy).

You can go on an excursion, for example, to Vlčí jámy or Blatenský vrch, and you can also visit a place called "Na Strašidlech". 250m from Apartmány Stráň is a railway stop, from which you can travel by train to Johanngeorgenstadt (Germany) or directly to Karlovy Vary without transferring.

A few hundred meters from the apartments, on the opposite slope, you will find the ski area SKIPOT.
