The entire house has central heating and hot water. On the ground floor of the annex, there's a spacious multipurpose hall (originally a restaurant) with a bar, fireplace, billiards table, 2x WC, equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric and microwave oven, along with a dishwasher and washing machine. In the summer, there is a possibility of grilling.

The rooms are located in the attic of the original house structurally connected to the hall, which allows for uninterrupted sleep while others are still enjoying themselves. Parking is available on the property's grounds.
