Trail through Czechia in the Chomutov region

Discover the beauty of the Krušné hory along a tourist trail that connects the towns of Hora Svatého Šebestiána, Křimov, Blatno, and Kalek. The trail spans over 66 km, and thanks to the possibility of joining it in any of the towns, everyone can adjust the length of their trip according to their abilities.

New rest areas with benches and shelters have been created along the trail, as well as information boards that highlight the history of the region. For example, you can learn about the former Křimov-Reitzenhain railway line, visits by Emperor Joseph II, or the vanished village of Menhartice.

An interesting stop is also Kalek with the Church of St. Wenceslas from 1702 and beautiful views towards Saxony. The trail further leads through Gabrielina Huť and the nature reserve Buky a javory v Gabrielce, known for its ancient mountain beeches and maples.

The Krušné hory trail offers an ideal combination of active movement, beautiful nature, and historical exploration.
