The Path to the Crown
An exhibition of perfect replicas of the Czech coronation jewels from the time of Charles IV, created by architect Ing. Jaroslav Cígler. The St. Wenceslas crown and its ornate case, as well as the original royal scepter and apple, will be displayed from Imperial Day until the Sunday of European Cultural Heritage (August 23 - September 14) at Kadaň Castle.
The exhibition is not the same as the ongoing exhibition at Poláky Castle.
Opening hours:
August 23 - 31, 2025: Tuesday - Sunday, 10 AM - 5 PM.
September 1 - 14: Saturdays and Sundays, 10 AM - 5 PM.
School excursions: September 1 - 5 and 8 - 12 by prior written appointment (muzeum@kultura-kadan.cz)
